yea i guess i'll give it a ONE because...at least the phone works good but once you hit the internet all u get is CONTINUOUS FREEZING AND RESTARTING OF YOUR PHONE. NOT TO MENTION...YOU CAN'T VIEW FULL WEBPAGES BECAUSE LEFT TO RIGHT SCROLLING ISN'T INSTALLED! YOU CAN ONLY SCROLL UP AND DOWN THROUGH A WEBPAGE THAT HALF CHOPPED OFF! come on now i would've expected much better than this. my rumor worked fine even though the internet wasn't really all that.

Don't buy this phone. My screen stopped working after 2 months of having it. They wanted me to send the phone off for 2 weeks to get it fixed. They were not willing to replace the phone.

I have the phone and love it however.... i only had the phone for about 2 1/2 weeks and in one day (today) the front screen died and within hours the inside screen is dying. the only screen on is the inside screen and it is either blank, upside down or looks reto crazy colors and you can't see anything. I am getting it replaced...I hope there are no more screen problems, because everything else about the phone I LOVE...

I have had my Lotus for two months and already I have had to take it back to Sprint twice because of malfunctions in the software provided and my screens going completely blank. When it was working...I loved all it's features. I'm not so in love with the fact that it has so many defects!

I have had this phone since it came out..I love it..The design, the color and the size!! Its unique..I wouldn't trade it for any other!!
