Hey Lg, if you want to sell this as a PDA phone maybe you should put down what it is compatable with. I would love to get this phone but unless it is complatable with lotus notes I'm not going to get it. Store reps don't know what the heck they are talking about. they think all windows programs are the same. list what it is compatible to and be more like blackberry.

MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THIS PHONE IS DO NOT BUY IT. I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR THREE MONTHS. WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT I THOUGHT IT WAS SO NICE AND WORKED GREAT. BUT NOW, IT FREEZES MORE THAN IT STAYS ON. IF YOU PUT A PASSCODE LOCK IN AFFECT AND TRY TO GET IN THE PHONE IT SAYS INCORRECT PASSWORD. OH AND ALSO YOU CANNOT GET RINGTONES ON THIS PHONE.

I have owned this pda for a month. I like the performance so far. I would like to see the stylus built-in instead of dangling from the unit.

the phone is not that great . it runs to slow i drop it onces and my phone locked now i can not use the phone cause nobody seems to know how to get it unlocked.

Hello all, this is my 1st LG cell and I am hopeing that it well be as good as my old ATT 8525. I have read this on xda-Development " Microsoft is offering free license to all devices that are now using wm 6.1) Now it's time for LG or ATT to step up and make this upgrade available to it's customers! I am sure that it will take the LG Incite from and old sylus type cell to a true touch phone. Thank you in advance for as we know (It's all about keeping the customer happy) Jay

This is the most fustrating phone I have ever own. The text is too small no matter how you adjust. Difficulties in opening and reading text. Difficulties in forwarding texts. Difficulties in hitting correct buttons to answer phone or choosing categories. Games are too small. I cant wait to get rid of it!!!!

i have had nothing but problems with my incite. everything from freezing up to the power manager being out of wack to it, currently, barely able to even hold a charge due to the cheap construction of the phone and the charger cover plug. never buy and LG phone again!
