over all i think the vu is a step in the right direction its not a PDA i had a samsung black jack i like the moblie media 10 with video and music player ..the vu has an alarm and calander that i rely on for making my appointments i like the touch screen and other touch options a styles and data cord and more media options would put this phone head to head with the iphone i think.. so lg please give those options a thought you have a great product..

My wife has the iphone so I thought I would get something different. The music sync "alarm" never stops. I have to turn the phone off most of the time so it will stop sounding like a dam alarm clock that never shuts up. The touch screen on the iphone is 100% better and so far I can't seem to get this phone to do anything. I wish I had my old school phone back, at least it worked. I could go on but I think you get the idea...AVOID this phone.

While the look of this phone is sleek, this phone does not have basic features like software to connect with your PC or even files to save msgs. I have had this phone for 5 weeks and I am already looking for a more user friendly device.
