AX300

I have only had my AX300(green) for three days -- and the phone is fine but I am having trouble with my ear piece and don't understand as Bluetooth compatible is one of the reasons I bought it. My Bluetooth is a Plantronics Discovery 640E -- I can receive calls, but can't make them. I do not get the "command" voice for name or number. Can you help??? Terry Marsden
