i have gone thru 3 env's they all have been the phones fault. like the phone a lot but have had tooo many problems.

I had this phone before my VENUS. and I loved it. Well it was the orange one, but it was still excellent until i dropped it for like the hundreth time. But this phone was like GOLD compared to this piece of junk VENUS I have now!!! It sucks No One buy it. Get an Env instead!!

I currently own the enV, I love it. Its a solid phone for anything. The only time it screwed up for me was when I dropped it on the floor, but came back on in like 10 minutes. If you're a huge texter like me, you'll love this phone.

I had this phone since April of 2008, and am now receiving the evn2 hoping not to have problems with this one. I had 4 envs all with manufacturer defects, it would just shut itself off at it's own leisure and got really annoying. After fighting Verizon for a week they finally are over night shipping me a env2, I'm hoping it works better. I do not recommend this phone at all!

This phone is just horrible. It always breaks and its not your fault. I like the keyboard and style of the phone, but the way it is made and the quality of the phone is not good at all! I have the Flipshot by Samsung and have not had any problems with it. I've had the Flipshot for over a year and have never had to get it fixed or replaced. I love the style of it and the quality of it. You should get the Flipshot.
