So I have this phone and after a month of using it my bluetooth stopped working [can't find other bluetooth phones. etc.], uhm..I mean everyone drops their phone..I have dropped it quite a lot but the screen has not broke yet:)..but the frame around the screen and under the buttons is coming off. great phone..but whatever.

This phone Has great design slightly hevy But I'm liking it so far. The battery's ok. BUT the problem for me is that it dosn't sync with itunes. =[ But i'm pleased overall.

The phone is OKAY its not as great as it looks. The only thing that i dont like about is the navigation button and when you go into the sun there is a glare on the screen, and i dont think that the ringer is loud enough... but oh well i will live with it

Overall-good phone. It took awhile to get used to the joystick but the it ofers great fetures. The main thing I do not like is the battery- if you text or web browes alot then it will drain the battery, I have to charge mine everynight, sure wish LG would put in a better one.

So... the phone is nice. But I guess my bluetooth doesn't work anymore? The phone tends to power off on it's own. I can barely hear the ringers. Sometimes I just want to toss this phone upon a forrest. But the mirror has me attatched.

i got to agree wit shae210 because the ringer is not loud enough but the glare thing come on now she trippin its like a mirror of course its gonna be a glare but i love it upgraded tho waiting on my vu

i really love this phone!! the weight is awesome (even though most users don't like heavy phones, i do!!) the heaviness of this phone ensures toughness!! which is great since i drop it alot :)... anyhoo... the features are cool, i absolutely love the mirror screen, but it would be nice if i could actually hear the ringer!! <3 this phone

Ever since i had this phone it has been nothing but problems. First it started with the bluetooth not working, so i got a brand new one. Then the thing would shut off every time i opened it, that was number two. My third one had the same issues as the second and it also would not let me make calls for three hours at a shot. But guess what, they finally said i could get a different phone and now that i had the VU for about a week. I remain problem free. (knock on wood) I think the VU is great.

Nice product with many features, BUT the battery must be the joke of the industry. My wife has same phone and if we get 2 or 3 normal calls without the battery dying we are shocked.
