Well...I'm gonna give this phone 4 stars. I've had it for about 10 months and have liked it pretty well. However; I am on my 3rd handset of this model because of various manufacturer defects such as wiring gone bad, wrong codes & random power downs. Overall I think the phone itself is pretty nice and very user friendly. The music quality is good and the outer touch buttons make it pretty easy to use.
