This is a great phone. It is a very good upgrade to the original enV. This env is organized and is a great phone that i would reccomend to anybody. I would say that there are no cons to this phone. Overall great!

Just received my enV2. At first glance it is a great phone with many upgrades when compared to the original enV. The only problem, the contacts list no longer has a "notes" entry available. I therefore lost all of the addresses that I had stored on the phone......

this is a great phone but when its in my pocket or leather holster it always presses buttons. i really don't like hitting "ok" twice. I have called very weird number on accident. I just need a permanent number lock code on the front

I wasn't the best texter in the world, until I got this phone! I LOVE it! The only thing I don't care for is having to push the ok button twice to unlock it...but others are having a problem with not being able to lock it and it turning off or on. I guess it's a minor thing.Also I find it harder to hold for any length of time than a old fashion flip style phone.

Very nice phone, but the keypad lock just doesn't work. I have accidentally dialed dozens of people. This is my biggest problem with this model.

my mom just got this phone and so far I've taught her how to text, how to use a blue tooth headset, how to set ring tones and how to set speed dial. it was easy and i didn't have to use the manual, and i don't even have a cell.

ARG! The camera on this phone is terrible! The first gen enV had a focusing feature that allowed me to take pictures of small things at a relatively close range without blurring! The enV2 does not allow focusing so some pictures turn out blurry. SO ANNOYING. Why did you all take that feature away? WHY WHY WHY.

It is a great phone for texting. But the only thing I dont like is the music player because i like to still go on my phone and have the music pplaying

It is durable enough that my husband can't hurt it - we had the red Krzr and he dropped it so often he finally killed it. This one is heavier and I love the keyboard, the Rhapsody tools (it even imported ITunes format). The battery stays charged for days even with the alarms activated and the Chaparone running. I am a little disappointed that the ENV3 came out at the same time I was buying this one but Verizon gave us 2 free - black for him and maroon for me. Free is good.

Lousy design. The ok key is overused and became inoperable quickly. attempting to press the ok key my daughter, who is a patient adult, broke the screen. She was not using unusual pressure. The envy2 is just an unusually bad phone. Given the fact that Lg changed to a different type of ok key in it's updated design, I would infer that there have been lots of users with the same problem that my family experienced.
