I love this phone. It has many great features but a few short comings. My one minimal complaint is that while listing to music you are locked out of the rest of your phone. Like if you receive a text message, the music stops. also i would like to see a scrollable alphabet in the contacts menu instead of blocks, when you have a lot of contacts scrolling gets tedious. Beyond that this is the best phone I have had to date. Thanks to the LG team for making a great phone.

This is the best phone I've had yet. First I had the Samsung Glyde but it's touch screen could use some work. One thing that would make this phone better, is if you had a choice between the internal qwerty keyboard and a virtual for texting. You can use a qwerty keyboard on the touch screen when your browsing the web or anything but texting. Kind of like the dare and with an internal keyboard. Also like bmxtilldeath said the music should be playable when ur texting and stuff too.

This phone has been the bane of my existence. I bought a big soft case to protect it...not that it mattered. I owned it three days, never dropped it, and babied it like you wouldn't believe when one day I noticed the LCD screen cracked and blacked out a section of the screen.

Oh my gosh, cracked screen that fast not good. Thus far I love this phone. I had the Env2 but hated the small exterior screen so I went with the Voyager which is the same concept. The touch screen was hard to get use to but gets better. Need more themes for this phone.

So far, I love this phone. I had an Envy and I hated that phone. It was replaced 3 times. I love the touch screen for quick replies to texts.

The phone is a very good phone but lacks being loud enough for the hard of hearing. When the flip is closed it cuts the ringing sound way down and can't be heard .Need a speaker on the outside of the phone so the sound is not blocked with case closed.

AWESOME PHONE! I love this phone. So far it is the best phone i have had. If I could do anything to make it better than I would have to agree with RedSniper, have the virtual qwerty keyboard.

I LOVE THIS PHONE! So far it is the best phone I have had or seen including the iPhone. I use all of its many functions and it is awesome to LISTEN to the TV (with STEREO bluetooth headphones) while I am driving (although it does sit rather nicely on my instrument panel ledge). If I could do anything to make it better, I would have added addresses to the contact list, but I use a work-around of putting the address in the 2nd email field with _ instead of spaces and no punctuation.

The issue I have with the device comes with the touch screen. The layout is poor. The touch sensor often misses where your finger presses (usually something like while texting, hitting the 7PQRS and the screen thinking you touched the text pane, completely killing your text). Also having Send/End/CLR hard buttons and also having soft buttons is both redundant and takes up space that could be better used. The touch screen is poorly programmed and not the strong point of this device.

I bought this Phone when it first came out and i have not had one bit of trouble with it! It's a great phone. I see no way to make it any better right now. Bomb ass phone.

Think long and hard before you purchase this phone. Mine lasted less than a month before the internal and external screens were shattered. After the fact don't expect the service provider or manufacturer to help you... just expect to be out 400 (msrp) dollars and with a broken phone for 23 more months. Would have given zero out of five stars but can't.

For the most part, this phone is pretty good. Prior to getting this phone, I had the mint chocolate for two years, yet it never even got a scratch until the end of the second year (it started going scenile). I than got the voyager. Unfortunately, it proved to get RUINED EASILY. The phone is sleek and nice, but don't let other people touch it. After the 1st month I had it, the back got a huge scratch and red stains. Now, their is a purple spot on the touch screen.

I was so hot for this phone, but now I'm disappointed. It locks up on me, re-starts itself in the middle of something, and boy, I wish I had known that the phone rang from the inside speakers, ...had it under a year, and stuck with it :-(

I've only had this phone for a week and so far I like it. There are some thngs that surprised me that if I knew beforehand, I would have looked at something else. I like to have the time displayed in 24 hour time which this phone does not. You cannot set the calendar for recurring dates like birthdays and anniversaries. It also has some bluetooth and musictone issues. Otherwise, it's a great phone.

I really like this phone but it shuts on and off alot, i've had it replaced 3 times already and the battery dies fast...i like it because the touch screen is very responsive and the keyboard its very easy to use... can we please see an upgrade on the battery?

The only problem is that it randomly auto restarts without warning and that is a real big frustration when you are trying to talk with a loved one overseas in Iraq and time is waisted when the phone misteriously shuts off in the middle of a conversation and I'm already on my 5th phone and the same problem has been found in all of these phones that I have owned. Simply unacceptable and not worth all the other features when you can't even talk without it shuting off and restarting on its own.
